My Experience and Expertise
With over 14 years of experience in retail marketing, primarily within the automotive industry, I've developed a deep understanding of both high and low-value product sectors. My career spans B2C and B2B marketing, allowing me to gain a comprehensive perspective on diverse market dynamics and consumer behaviours. From an AI perspective, I am qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in an AI Marketing Specialist Award (Distinction), as well as other accreditations including Image, Media and Text Architect.
A Proven Track Record
Throughout my career, I've engaged with the full marketing mix. Over the last eight years, I've shifted into a consultative role, working closely with franchisees to help them maximise their business potential. This involves crafting and implementing short, medium, and long-term strategic plans, not only from a marketing perspective but also integrating overall business operations such as process optimisation and SWOT analysis.

My approach is holistic, addressing both marketing and operational challenges. I would want to work with you and your teams to ensure that success is driven with clear KPIs and objectives in a consultative manor. I have conducted many workshops and consultative sessions for marketers and operational leaders, guiding them to harness the full potential of business opportunities with innovative thinking. My experience of working with all business levels in both SMEs and large businesses enables me to adapt my approach to suit different audiences.
